Date of event: (b)(6) 2020.Date of report: 06oct2020.
 
Event Description
It was reported that the ventilator's check vent alarm for proximal pressure sensor autozero failure sounded.The patient was removed from the ventilator and placed on an alternate ventilator.The patient was not harmed or injured as a result of the reported event.The customer troubleshot with technical support and found the error code indicating the proximal pressure sensor auto zero failed.The customer was advised to check the pin alignment of the autozero solenoids to data acquisition board.
