Device report from synthes reports an event in (b)(6) as follows: it was reported that on (b)(6) 2020 during an unknown procedure, the 2.8mm drill bit broke when drilling into bone.When drilling for placement of a blocked screw, the tip of the drill bit broke.There was no surgical delay.The procedure was successfully completed by using another drill.Concomitant device reported: unknown screw (part #: unknown, lot #: unknown, quantity: unknown).This report is for one (1) 2.8mm percutaneous drill bit f/lcp® pl qc/200mm/100mm calib.This is report 1 of 1 for (b)(4).
