|
Medtronic received information that during use of the bio-console instrument, an error code was displayed and the alarm was sounding, but the screen did not respond and the alarm did not stop on the instrument side.The customer stated that this instrument was used as it was the only instrument that could work.After a while, the alarm disappeared, but the instrument was still replaced just in case.There were no adverse patient effects as a result of this issue.Additional information received: the hand crank was used.The customer stated that the hand crank was used as there was no dedicated cart, it was used to replace the main instrument.It took approximately one and a half to two minutes for the power supply start up and the bio-console to start movement.
