Event Description
Information was received from a healthcare professional (hcp) via a manufacturer representative (rep) regarding a patient with an implanted neurostimulator (ins) for gastric stimulation   it was reported the patient reported pain at implant site and return of symptoms.During follow up appointment, it was found that one lead had impedance greater than 20,000.X-ray and egd did not indicate lead erosion or damage, so the battery was replaced and the issue was resolved.No further complications were reported/anticipated at this time.
