Event Description
Patient had 35cm of the left great saphenous vein treated with venaseal.Ifu was followed.There were no deviations during the procedure and the veins reported to have closed.It has been reported post venaseal procedure that the venaseal adhesive has moved or migrated 3 days after the procedure.The patient was placed on eliquis.The caller expressed concern.The patient is reported to be experiencing itching and heat in lesion area and it is unknown if any medication was given to treat these symptoms.A follow up ultrasound and consultation has been scheduled.The egit has not resolved.No further injury reported.
