A medtronic representative went to the site to perform a system checkout.The door switch was adjusted on the system to make contact with the sidewall.The system then passed checkout.If information is provided in the future, a supplemental report will be issued.
 
Event Description
Medtronic received information regarding an imaging system.It was reported outside of a procedure that when the gantry door is closed, the pendant shows that the door is still open.When pressure is applied to both sides of the door, the door is then indicated to be closed.There was no patient involvement.
