Information was received from the manufacturer¿s representative (rep) who reported the physician suspected the battery was at zero. The consumer had a recharging issue and neglected to recharge the implantable neurostimulator (ins) due to non-compliance, and they thought it was likely in overdischarge. It was reviewed how to start a physician mode recharge (pmr) and to clear the power on reset (por), in addition to making sure the consumer monitored and recharged frequently. The rep began the process then called back when they were on the second pmr interval and were going to continue with the consumer.Following the pmr the device was fully charged and functioning.
