Event Description
Patient insurance company claim received.It was reported in the translated version letter that the patient was implanted with pinnacle construct with uncemented corail and suffered from elevated metal ions, pain, swelling, metallosis, fatigue, pseudotumor and leg length discrepancy 1 cm.X-ray showed signs of implant loosening, fluid retention and abscess.Doi: (b)(6) 2009; dor: (b)(6) 2019; left hip.
