It was reported that the patient had a broken process at l5, which was discovered when the physician was injecting the patient at another level of the spine.The physician mentioned that there was no report of a fall or accident and confirmed that the process was not broken during the implant.A small fracture was confirmed with a ct scan and the break was below the spacer, but the spacer is still intact.The spacer placement was on the lamina and it was noted that the patient was not overweight.The patient was doing well, but experienced some pain.The patient was not getting the same relief she had in the first two or three weeks of the implant procedure.The follow-up plan for the patient is to do injections as needed.
