Event Description
The customer called into technical support (ts) reporting that the device displayed ¿primary alarm failed¿ error message.The customer reported there was no patient involvement at the time the issue was discovered.The reported problem occurred during power on of the device.The remote service engineer (rse) evaluated the device with the assistance of the customer and confirmed reported problem.The rse advised to replace the speakers.The customer replaced the speakers to resolve the reported issue.The unit passed required performance verification tests per philips standards and has been returned to service.
