The device is not returned.As such, an actual device evaluation is not performed.An evaluation is done based on historical records.This supplemental report is being submitted to provide this information.The device history record review confirmed that device has no abnormalities, special adoption, or variations in manufacturing.It is inferred that the lamp went out due to the lifetime, e103 error occurred and the emergency lamp lighted up.It was reported that the customer would replace the lamp with a new one and send it for repair if the problem recurs.The device has not been returned to the repair department.It is likely that replacing the lamp resolved the issue.When contacted customer had no additional information to provide.
