The customer reported that the touch screen is faulty.The customer contacted product support and requested for service repair.The customer reported that the unit was in use on patient, but there was no patient harm reported.Patient information and repair information were requested from the customer, but no response received.

G4: 01feb2021.B4: 05mar2021.H10: after two non-consecutive visits by philips field service engineer.The equipment was in use, and it was not possible to repair the device because of the covid-19 outbreak situation.The touchscreen material is saved, and preventive maintenance will be used to complete the intervention.If new information is received, a supplemental report will be submitted.Submission of a report does not constitute an admission that medical personnel, user facility, importer, distributor, manufacturer, or product caused or contributed to the event.
