Event Description
|
It was reported that during a cryo ablation procedure, one fewer electrode that expected was visible via fluoroscopy on the mapping catheter.It was suspected one of the electrodes had been dislodged from the mapping catheter.Upon removal of the mapping catheter it was determined the electrode had slid forward and was overlying another electrode.The mapping catheter was replaced to resolve the issue.The case was completed with cryo.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
