Event Description
It was reported that the patient was doing well with pain control following the spacer implant procedure, however, several weeks later the patient began to experience their original pain return.The physician noted that the implant was not originally placed anterior as desired due to the patients thick spinous process and bony overgrowths.A continuous tomography scan revealed an l4 spinous process fracture which was causing the spacer to migrate.No further information has been able to be obtained.
