Investigation completed on a smiths medical smiths medical syringe infusion pumps|medfusion 4000 pump complaint of force sensor test failure as revealed in the event log and during duplicating event, this complaint was confirmed.Isolated to force was stuck at zero.Recalibrated the sensor and this cleared up the problem.For preventative measure the force sensor was replaced, as this was four years old.
