Event Description
The reporter indicated that a 13.2mm, vicm5_13.2, -10.0, implantable collamer lens was implanted into the patient's left eye (os) on (b)(6) 2021.On (b)(6) 2021 the lens was explanted due to the calculated eye for the right (od) eye was implanted into the left (os) eye.On the same date in a separate surgery a same size different diopter lens was implanted and the problem was resolved.
