Event Description
It was reported that the two parts on the femoral impactor have loosened and separated over time and cannot be re-tightened.Black impaction surface doesn¿t sit flush on metal attachment.
 
Event Description
Additional information received indicated that the black impaction surfaced had cracked, where the profile matches the geometry of the femur.
