Concomitant medical products: other relevant device(s) are: product id: b i-500-01145, serial/lot #: (b)(4), device evaluated by mfr: pli10 - a manufacturer rep went to the site to test the system.The system passed the system checkout.Pli20 - software analysis was performed and it was found that the issue was a known software issue.If information is provided in the future, a supplemental report will be issued.
 
Event Description
Medtronic received information regarding a navigation device being used outside of a procedure.It was reported that after a case, the radiation technician was combining patient images for a patient that was scanned on wednesday, june 16th and today, june 18th, they updated the patient scans with the information that was entered for the case on wednesday.The user received a windows error pop-up.They then rebooted and tried again.This worked, but the thumbnails for today were all black and would not actually load.The user then rebooted and the images for the patient on wednesday were also blank thumbnails and would not load.There was no patient involvement.
