Event Description
A physician reported that following insertion of the intraocular lens (iol), during an implant procedure, surgeon saw there were white flakes implanted in the eye.The surgeon was able to remove the white flakes.The surgeon believes that cartridge might be the reason for white flakes in the eye.Additional information has been requested.
