Event Description
It was reported that the patient was seen with high impedance during a battery replacement.The patient's previous generator could not be interrogated due to battery depletion and high impedance was observed once the new generator was connected.The lead pin was reinserted but high impedance was still seen.The lead was visually inspected and a little kink was observed in the electrode.The explanted generator was discarded.No known surgical intervention has occurred to date with the lead.No other relevant information has been received to date.
