The customer reported the ventilator would not power on.At the time of the issue discovery, the ventilator was in the respiratory shop to prepare for patient use.As the staff attempted to power on the ventilator, the ventilator would not power on.The ventilator was not in use with a patient.The biomed checked the ventilator and found the led on the front of the ventilator were not illuminated.The biomed used a multimeter to check voltage of the power cord and found no voltage to the power cord.The biomed used a different power cord and the led on the front illuminated as well as when the power button was pressed, the ventilator powered on and showed the battery began charging.As the change of power cord resolved the issue, the ventilator was released for use.
