Event Description
A valiant navion stent graft was implanted during an endovascular procedure for the treatment of a thoracic aortic aneurysm of an unknown size on an unknown date.  it was reported the patient returned for a follow-up on the (b)(6) 2021 where a ct scan carried out showed the presence of sac enlargement and a possible type iii endoleak.  as per the physician the cause of the event cannot be determined.No additional clinical sequalae was provided and the patient is fine.
