Information was received from the manufacturer¿s representative (rep) who reported therapy didn't work well for the patient, so they stopped using the system. The system was likely in overdischarge, so the rep needed assistance to start the physician recharge mode (pmr) as the patient needed an mri as the patient was going to have a surgical procedure to address their dystonia symptoms rather than using the system for symptom relief.Following initiation of the pmr session the session stopped, and a power on reset (por) was seen. The rep then reported the ins was charging normally and the por was cleared allowing the device to be interrogated.
