Event Description
It was reported that an error occurred during programming of the implantable cardiac monitor (icm) with the diagnostic mobile programmer application.The diagnostic mobile programmer application failed to program data collection on and the device could not be registered.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

Event Description
It was further reported that the patient had returned to the facility to verify the information and that the issue was resolved.It was noted that the patient was now transmitting correctly.
