Event Description
During the index procedure one in.Pact av access balloon catheter was used to treat the central vein of the right arm.Approximately 5 months post procedure the patient suffered from innominate vein stenosis.It was noted that the patient had pulsatile avf with an enlarging aneurysm which possibly signified recurrent stenosis.The event was treated with a percutaneous intervention.The patient recovered.It was stated that the ae was possibly related to an underlying condition or disease.
