|
It was reported that the patient is currently overdischarged.User was unable to connect to the implanted neurostimulator.It was mentioned, is that the patient does not use her implant or therapy was currently active.

Event Description
|
Additional information was received from the rep.It was reported the cause of the overdischarge was because patient intently lets their dbs battery get to zero.They do not like having the device on.Only reason they needed to have it charged was to get impedances done to have an mri.Mri not related to her dbs.The issue was resolved as patient was able to get impedances done and pt had mri done.
