Event Description
It was reported that a dissection occurred.A rotapro atherectomy catheter was selected for treating a lesion located in the mid right coronary artery.The rotapro went into the marginal branch instead of the right coronary artery.A flow limiting grade d dissection was observed, treatment of the dissection was not reported.The procedure was completed with this device.No further patient complications were reported.
