Event Description
It was reported that physician had difficulty removing the lead from the 0-7 port (left side of paddle).Eventually he was able to remove from the old battery.When he connected to the intellis, impedances showed the 0-7 all 20,000-30,000 electrode 4 was >40,000.8-15 were good.Rep reported they reversed lead orientation, wiped lead and problem remained.Patient reported pre and post op she had minimal coverage on her left side before ipg died and was replaced with intellis.
