Fill volume: unknown ml, flow rate: unknown, procedure: leg, cathplace: unknown, infusion start time: unknown, and infusion stop time: unknown.Avanos medical inc.Received a single report that referenced two different incidences, which were associated with the same unit involving the same patient.This is the first of two reports.Refer to 2026095-2022-00092 for the second report.It was reported the catheter, [on the onq pump] broke during patient use.
