The customer reported that the device was tipped over and screen is shattered.The device was not in use on a patient at the time of event, there was no patient involvement.The device was returned to philips bench repair for evaluation.The bench repair technician observed the shattered screen.Multiple good faith efforts were made to obtain additional information on how the device was tipped over, but there were no response.Therefore, we are considering this to be a malfunction of cause unknown.The lcd assembly was replaced and the device was returned to the customer's site.
