Event Description
Litigation papers allege pain, stiffness, bodily injuries, and disfigurement.Update 9/2/2015 medical records received.After review of the medical records for mdr reportability, part/lot is being updated.A sticker sheet for a revision operation has been provided, but no operative note.The complaint was updated on: 10/1/2015.
