As reported to coloplast, though not verified, legal representative stated the patient with this device experienced vaginal pain, groin abscess, incontinence, urethral scarring, ureterolysis, anterior colporrhaphy and paravaginal repair, removal of device anchor from obturator internus muscle under general anesthesia, and explantation of the device.
