Manufacturer Narrative
|
The remote service engineer (rse) informed the customer that the 122c bacteria filter must be installed onto gas outlet error code was not a failure code or anything out of the ordinary. The rse also suggested that the error code may have been a user error.Because the customer could not confirm if the device turned off on its own or was turned off by staff, the rse advised that a complete performance verification test (pvt) would need to be performed with passing results before placing the device back into service. The rse also offered onsite service, but the customer declined. The customer ran performance verification tests per philips standards, and the device was returned to service. The investigation concludes that no further action is required at this time.If additional information is received, the complaint file will be reopened.
