Event Description
An attempt was made to use one solarice rx ptca balloon catheter to treat a mildly tortuous, moderately calcified lesion in the mid right coronary artery (rca) with 95% stenosis.It was reported that the balloon burst when the device was in the patient.The patient is alive with no injury.Please note that this device (solarice rx) is not marketed in the united states; however, the device is deemed the same as the united states marketed device (euphora rx).
