Event Description
Information was received from a healthcare provider (hcp) via manufacturer representative regarding spinal products used in unknown spinal therapy.It was reported that the probe is bent and the driver would not connect to a screw.No further complications or symptoms were reported.Additional information was received via manufacturer representative confirmed that the driver and probe were broken.There were no broken fragments left inside the patient.
