Event Description
A physician was using an amphirion deep balloon for the treatment of a 200mm occlusion  with 100% lesion stenosis in the right  anterior tibial artery.A non-mdt sheath and guidewire were used.There was moderate calcification and no tortuosity.The device was prepped as per the ifu.An inflation device was used with omnipaque/saline inflation fluid.No issues were noted with inflation.No resistance was encountered during advancement.The device did not pass through a previously deployed stent.Removal difficulties were experienced due to the balloon not deflating.The balloon was removed while inflated and an alternative balloon was used.
