Event Description
It was reported that patient was seen with high impedance at a dosing appointment following a recent battery replacement.Further information was received from the provider indicating that no x rays have been taken and surgery has not occurred and it is not planned yet.No known surgical intervention has occurred to date.No other relevant information has been received to date.

Further information was received from clinic notes indicating that impedance is still high and stimulation cannot be perceived.No known surgical intervention has occurred to date.On (b)(6) 2023, vns settings 0.25/20/250/30/5/10% lead impedance 8251 ohms.No known surgical intervention has occurred to date.No other relevant information has been received to date.
 
Event Description
Implant was received indicating the patient had a lead revision.It was also reported that the surgeon saw a clear lead fracture on xrays prior to surgery.The explanted device has not been received to date.No other relevant information has been received to date.
