Event Description
|
Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer received an a21 alarm and reported that the pump delivered more insulin, resulting in low blood glucose.Troubleshooting was performed and it was found that the drive support cap was damaged.No further complication requiring medical intervention was reported.It was unknown whether the customer would continue to use the insulin pump.The pump will be returned for analysis.
