It was reported that two cassettes were malfunctioning during use.Patient was able to successfully continue their infusion.No patient injury was reported.

Other text: the sample received consisted of one cassette.The sample was visually inspected at 12 to 16 under normal conditions of illumination to detect sample conditions that could cause functional issues.There was no damage, kinks or any discrepancies that could cause the failure mode reported.The sample was filled with 100 ml of water; the sample was connected to a second pump to look for unusual function.The sample was fully primed and connected without difficulty, the pump started, and no alarm was triggered, the sample was bubble free.The root cause of this event is unknown.No actions taken due complaint was not confirmed.The product's history records were reviewed and there were no non-conformances that would have resulted in the reported complaint.
