It was reported that during use, miller cutter was broken, device could no longer be removed from the handpiece. there was no patient involvement associated with the event.

Event Description
|
Additional information received that the miller was broken while trying to remove from the m5 handpiece.The device was not run at any speed during the try to remove the miller from handpiece.The broken part was disposed.
