Event Description
|
Medtronic received information regarding a navigation system.It was reported that the user had been trying to turn it on and off frequently.The medtronic representative cleared up patient images and cleared up everything.It would not let the representative archive anything as well.They tried multiple patients.It would let the representative highlight usb or cd but it would not let them continue to go forward.They were using the old patient tracker and not using the headframe along with it.Medtronic imaging and navigation was aborted.The event caused a surgical delay of less than one hour.There was no impact on patient outcome.
