Event Description
It has been reported that the device is displaying a high 02 input and is alarming.There is no patient involvement.

The customer evaluated the device with the assistance of the remote service engineer (rse) and confirmed the reported problem.The customer called and reported that the vent alarmed for high o2 inlet pressure even when there was not any o2 connected to the ventilator.The customer also reported that the o2 inlet pressure displayed on the device was 152psi with no oxygen connected.The customer requested onsite service.A field service engineer (fse) went onsite and confirmed the customer's issue through pulling the logs.The fse replaced the gas delivery system (gds) to resolve the issue.The customer replaced the gds to resolve the reported issue.The device passed required performance verification tests per philips standards and was returned to service.The investigation concludes that no further action is required at this time.If additional information is received the complaint file will be reopened.
