|
The remote service engineer (rse) confirmed with the customer that the flow sensor assembly was just replaced.The rse instructed the customer to check the proximal and main tubing from the flow sensor assembly and gas outlet assembly.The customer verified that the tubing was reversed.After the tubing was properly reconnected, the device passed required performance verification tests per philips standard and was returned to service.The investigation concludes that no further action is required at this time.If additional information is received, the complaint file will be reopened.

This report is based on information provided by philips remote service personnel and has been investigated by the philips complaint handling team.Philips received a complaint by the customer on the v60 indicating that a 1009 pressure regulation high error code was displayed during the alarm test of the pvt.It was reported that there was no patient involvement at the time the issue was discovered.
