Philips has investigated this complaint.According to additional information received, it was unknown if the issue was identified while the system was in clinical use, but no patient or user harm was reported to philips.A philips remote service engineer (rse) inspected the system remotely and confirmed the issue.Troubleshooting by the rse and log file analysis confirmed an issue with the emergency stop button on the system's geometry module.As part of the troubleshooting, the rse advised the customer to ensure that the geometry module did not have any damaged, broken, or loose cabling or connectors.After troubleshooting, the issue did not reoccur, and the system was returned to use in good working order.The codes were updated based on the investigation outcome.Evaluation method codes were corrected.
