Event Description
According to the reporter, post operatively, sensor redness marks on patient's forehead.Three days after the surgery on november 30, the patient took a shower on december 3, the nurse found redness around the sensor marks.There was no redness before the shower or after the ope.

Event Description
According to the reporter, there was sensor redness marks on patient's forehead after the patient took a shower which was three days after the surgery.There was no redness during use of the sensor or immediately after removal.The patient also had itch, so an ointment was applied.The redness completely disappeared after about one week.
