Event Description
|
It was reported that variable and high atrial and ventricular thresholds were observed on the implantable pulse generator (ipg) capture management.Ipg remains in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

It was further reported that the patient experienced infection / erosion and lightheadedness.Ipg was reprogrammed.It was further reported the ipg, right atrial (ra) lead and right ventricular (rv) lead were explanted due to the infection.It was noted the leads were partially removed.
