Event Description

It was reported that the patient was feeling tired and sluggish and they could not raise their heartbeat while running.It was noted that the right ventricular (rv) his bundle lead was exhibiting high and unstable thresholds, loss of capture, oversensing and undersensing.It was also noted that the implantable pulse generator (ipg) was exhibiting a pacing problem and also high thresholds and undersensing was noted on the device due to the lead issues.Both the rv his bundle lead and the ipg were explanted and replaced.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
