Event Description
|
It was reported that post an implant procedure via the diagnostic mobile programmer application that the patient did not appear pending in the patient management system.A manual attempt was made to add the patient however a message displayed indicating that the implantable device was already enrolled.It was speculated that the patient connector may not have been left over the implant for a sufficient amount of time.Follow up will be performed to ensure that the patient profile will be reprogrammed successfully and that implant detection will be completed.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
