This supplemental medwatch report is reporting the evaluation of the device.This supplemental medwatch report is also correcting information submitted on the initial medwatch report.Please reference sections b5 and h6:device problem code.Evaluation results: the device was returned to zoll medical corporation for evaluation.The customer's report was observed and attributed to the lcd display.The lcd display was replaced to resolve the report.Analysis of reports of this type has not identified an increase in trend.Reports of this nature are typically not considered to be medwatch reportable as there is no potential for clinical impact.The screen and critical information was still visibale to the user.
