Event Description
Medtronic received information regarding an imaging system being used outside of a procedure.It was reported that the medtronic rep resentative was unable to perform the autocal on the small filament, stating that the system became unresponsive and stated that it was "entering calibration" and to "please wait" indefinitely.No patient was present.
